爱点击2019一季度财报:把握十年数字营销脉搏,打造"全业态数字运营"

  2019年5月30日,香港 — 中国领先的独立在线营销与企业数字化运营解决方案提供商爱点击互动亚洲集团有限公司(下称“爱点击”或“集团”)(纳斯达克股票代码:ICLK)今日发布截至2019年3月31日,未经审计的2019年第一季度财务业绩。

  2019年第一季度收入为3922万美元,去年同期收入为3523万美元,同比增长11%,按不变汇率计同比增长19%至4180万美元,主要由现有市场营销解决方案业务与新加入的企业运营解决方案业务所带动。其中,市场营销解决方案季度收入同比增加7%至3776万美元,按不变汇率计同比增长15%至4040万美元,反映品牌商对营销解决方案的需求持续提升。企业运营解决方案季度收入为146万美元。

  集团2019年第一季度毛利从2018年第一季度的812万美元,大幅增长53%至1239万美元,反映市场营销解决方案的毛利润率有所改善,以及企业运营解决方案为集团带来更高的毛利润率。

  非美国通用会计准则下的季度调整后EBITDA为54万美元,较去年同期为41万美元,增长达32%。截至2019年3月31日,公司的现金及现金等价物为4469万美元,对比2018年12月31日该数额为3983万美元。

  爱点击、首旅慧科及腾讯共同为首旅集团食、宿、行、游、购、娱、文旅、航旅“6+2”业态超7000家门店全面提供数字化能力,构建线上线下商业闭环的一站式数字化运营体系。此次合作被视为首旅集团打造智慧服务体系的创新之举,也是爱点击面向庞大业务版图,全面开启“全业态数字运营”的重要标志。至此,爱点击为商业领域中的多种业务形态提供数字化运营服务,驱动数据内在动力与价值,激活后续发展的盈利能力。

  联手泰国营销巨头VGI宣布成立合资公司

  随着中国经济实力飞速发展以及人民生活水平提高,国人在零售、出境游等境外市场呈现出强大消费能力与需求;爱点击希望推进海外市场扩张,助力国内外营销人员更高效地触达庞大的中国目标受众。针对日益增长的中国境外游客在东南亚的消费趋势,爱点击和泰国VGI在今年4月宣布将成立合资公司,为泰国及东南亚当地零售品牌提供数字营销解决方案,定位中国出境游群体,进一步激活他们潜在消费能力。VGI是泰国领先的户外广告平台,在交通运输、办公室、户外及航空多个户外空间拥有逾70亿泰铢的广告库存,并属于泰国领先大众运输系统BTS Group Holdings Plc.旗下的成员之一。

  “品牌营销+MCN”,爱点击实力打造KOL新阵营
